Tonga - Smoke & Light

An editorial portrait series exploring light, atmosphere, and the beauty of forgotten spaces.

Created inside an abandoned location, this series experiments with smoke, flares, movement, and cinematic light to transform an empty space into a living story.

Rather than documenting a place, the focus was on creating emotion through colour, texture, and atmosphere.

Every element, from the haze in the air to the glow of the flares, became part of the visual narrative, inviting the viewer into a world that feels both raw and dreamlike.

This project reflects my love for creative direction and the freedom to experiment beyond commercial photography.

Because sometimes the strongest images are born when there are no rules.
