For six years, I tried to build my business by
following everyone else's blueprint.
I invested over $60,000 into courses, coaching and strategies, convinced the answer lived somewhere outside of me.
Every mentor expanded me.
Every investment taught me something.
But I kept trying to squeeze myself into ways of building that were never designed for me.
I forced consistency.
Ignored my body's signals.
And burnt out more than once trying to become the woman I thought success required.
Then one day, I stopped asking...
"How do I become successful?"
And started asking...
"Who am I underneath all these survival patterns?"
That question changed everything.
Instead of trying to fix my business...
I rebuilt myself.
I regulated my nervous system.
I reconnected with my intuition.
I stopped seeing my sensitivity as a weakness and finally recognised it as one of my greatest gifts.
Over the years, I integrated Human Design, somatic work, nervous system regulation, cycle awareness
and branding into one body of work.
Not because they were trendy...
But because they helped me come home to myself.
Today, everything I teach has first been lived.
I created the space I wish I'd found six years ago.
